About the Role

Optamor is seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, process optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
  • Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and agility
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure business success
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and projects
  • Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related STEM field
  • Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations within a large corporation or a rapidly growing startup
  • Proven business acumen and strategic thinking with a history of developing and implementing growth initiatives
  • Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
