## Job Title: Project QS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CSR (NI) LIMITED. As a Project QS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the commercial management of our high-end luxury projects.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Commercial management of specific aspects within the project
* Preparing documentation for subcontractors to price
* Review, analysis, negotiation, and procurement of subcontract packages
* Cost control reporting and risk management
* Establish and enhance professional working relationships with clients and subcontractors
* Working closely as part of a team to successfully deliver projects

### Requirements:

* 3+ years' post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying role
* Fitout experience as part of a commercial team on large projects (£15m+) preferable
* Commercial and contractual awareness
* Awareness and delivery of Site QS requirements - measuring, administration, liaison with project teams, communication, and negotiation with subcontractors
