Job Title: Project QS Specialist

A leading specialist interior and refurbishment contractor is seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, documentation, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage commercial aspects of projects, including preparing documentation for subcontractors.
  2. Review, analyze, negotiate, and procure subcontract packages.
  3. Develop and maintain cost control reports and risk management strategies.
  4. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  5. Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-end luxury projects.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
  2. Fitout experience as part of a commercial team on large projects (£15m+) is preferred.
  3. Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  4. Awareness and delivery of Site QS requirements, including measuring, administration, and communication with subcontractors.
