Agricultural Service Advisor Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's agricultural equipment business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Manager in ensuring service levels are met, including 4-hour breakdowns, 48-hour non-essential repairs, and 7-day routine servicing.
  • Assist with Work in Process & Progress in the function, aligned to a 45-day process.
  • Be present for depot Audits/Checks and collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues.
  • Support the Service Manager and engineers in resolving customer issues and schedule training needs for the department.
  • Drive retail sales and implement service initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Strong Organisation/Time Management skills.
  • Project & Planning Skills.
  • Complaint handling skills / Handling Objections.
Benefits:
  • Salary £26,000 - £36,000.
  • Working hours 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
