Job Title: Senior Series Engineer

Gordon Murray Group is a UK-based global luxury brand dedicated to creating and manufacturing the world's greatest driving cars. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality, bespoke, and series-engineered vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex engineering issues.
  • Develop and implement robust containment strategies to ensure performance and certification.
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team to validate and release design solutions.
  • Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFMEA) and production maintenance activities.
  • Chair design for manufacture reviews and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Perform additional duties as required within the role's remit.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy requirements.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated attitude to drive projects from inception to completion.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Extensive automotive engineering experience.
  • Degree or equivalent in engineering, science, or related discipline.
  • Delivery experience of technical products within the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in Catia 3D and 2D computer-aided design.
  • Understanding of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience with APQP or similar quality integration into project delivery processes.
  • Ability to travel in the UK and internationally as required.
