Job Title: Senior Series Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Lead cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Implement Containment Strategies: Develop and implement robust containment strategies to prevent performance loss and ensure certification compliance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with designers, sales, suppliers, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • DFMEA and Design for Manufacturability: Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and design for manufacturability reviews to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Automotive Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive engineering, with a strong understanding of product development life cycles.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Catia 3D and 2D computer-aided design, with experience in APQP or similar quality integration processes.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel in the UK and internationally as required, with a valid passport and right to work in the UK.
