Job Title: Senior Series Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Lead cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal impact on production and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement Containment Strategies: Develop and document robust containment strategies to prevent performance loss and ensure certification compliance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with designers, sales, suppliers, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design solutions are validated, released, and delivered on time.
  • DFMEA and Design for Manufacturability: Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and lead design for manufacturability reviews to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Supplier Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Automotive Engineering Experience: Proven track record in automotive engineering, with a strong understanding of product development life cycles.
  • Education and Certifications: Degree or equivalent in engineering, science, or a related field, with relevant certifications and training.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Catia 3D and 2D computer-aided design, with experience in APQP or similar quality integration processes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
