Job Title: IT Hardware Engineer - Windows Expert

We are looking for an experienced IT Hardware Engineer - Windows Expert to join our team at Dabster. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, support, and maintenance of Windows laptops across our organization.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware engineering, with a focus on Windows deployment and support.
  • You will be responsible for installing and configuring Windows images on new laptops, as well as updating hardware inventory systems.
  • You will also assist with the physical installation of computers, monitors, and other IT systems at desk locations.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum C-level fluency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manually lift up to kg when moving and repositioning computers and ancillary equipment.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
