Senior Hardware Engineering Manager

As the Director of Hardware Engineering, you will lead the hardware engineering team through an exciting period of growth and innovation. This pivotal role involves guiding the hardware vision, driving new product development, and ensuring quality and durability across a range of interactive audio products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hardware engineering strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
- Lead a team of hardware engineers to design, develop, and test new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware products meet business requirements.
- Manage hardware engineering budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks in hardware development to ensure product quality and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hardware engineering with a strong track record of delivering complex products to market.
- Strong expertise in engineering principles and consumer audio technologies.
- Experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Working closely with teams across software engineering, customer success, and production, you will ensure hardware products remain reliable, innovative, and sustainable from concept to mass production.
