Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the hardware engineering team through an exciting period of growth and innovation.
  • Guide the hardware vision, drive new product development, and ensure quality and durability across a range of interactive audio products.
  • Scale and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver top-quality hardware solutions that align with our product vision.
  • Work closely with teams across software engineering, customer success, and production to ensure hardware products remain reliable, innovative, and sustainable from concept to mass production.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex hardware products to market, from concept through mass production.
  • Strong expertise in engineering principles.
  • Experience in consumer audio technologies such as audio/acoustic design, NFC, Bluetooth, WiFi, batteries, and power management.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling and leading an engineering team.
  • Background in managing large-scale manufacturing and supply chain relationships.
  • Proficiency in quality management, including design verification, validation, and testing.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in hardware development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
