You'll be responsible for scaling and mentoring a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and delivering top-quality hardware solutions that align with our product vision.

Working closely with teams across software engineering, customer success, and production, you will ensure hardware products remain reliable, innovative, and sustainable from concept to mass production.

  • Experience in consumer audio technologies such as audio/acoustic design, NFC, Bluetooth, WiFi, batteries, and power management.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling and leading an engineering team.
  • Background in managing large-scale manufacturing and supply chain relationships.
  • Proficiency in quality management, including design verification, validation, and testing.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in hardware development.
