Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver a level of care that prioritizes the dignity and individuality of our residents.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
