About The Role

Morrison Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Safety Engineering Manager to join our Central SHEQ Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business in delivering projects safely and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all staff are operationally competent for their assigned duties and maintain written policies and procedures across the scope of electrical work.
  • Maintain and develop all electrical external accreditations, including NERS.
  • Develop new documentation and processes as necessary to ensure a consistent approach to competency.
  • Manage a team to provide a service across all electrical work streams.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical safety engineering and experience in managing teams. They will be able to develop and implement policies and procedures, maintain accreditations, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
