Zachary Daniels Recruitment is working with a leading healthcare retailer to find an exceptional Area Manager to lead their high-performing business. We're seeking a seasoned multi-site manager with a strong track record of delivering results and driving teams forward.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clinicians in a retail environment and a proven ability to manage diverse locations, with a minimum of 10 sites under their leadership. They will be responsible for managing profit and loss, budgets, sales forecasting, and key performance indicators, as well as liaising with head office and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.
The Role:
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve results in service, standards, and operational excellence
- Manage diverse locations, with a focus on delivering results and driving growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales forecasting and key performance indicators
- Liaise with head office and establish strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure internal and external audit compliance in all key areas
- Support company events, local marketing, and sharing successes
- Lead, influence, and develop your team at all levels
A competitive basic salary of circa £60-65k, plus car allowance or company car, and a range of company benefits, annual bonuses, and incentives are on offer for the successful applicant.
