Job Title: District Installation Manager

Securitas Technology Corporation, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, is seeking a highly motivated District Installation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing installation projects across your district to ensure timely completion, within budget, and in line with margin expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach Installation Schedulers to drive project completion.
  • Ensure Installation Technicians are fully productive to meet project deadlines.
  • Hire and develop Installation Technicians and Project Managers.
  • Review and approve time cards for Installation team members.
  • Build and manage a network of subcontractors to drive project delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for project success.
  • Drive project profitability by reviewing POC jobs.
  • Assist with periodic inventory processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience in the electronic security or construction industry.
  • Highly motivated individual with professional business and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (MS Dynamics/Solomon preferred).
  • Ability to travel and maneuver through customer sites and construction sites.
