About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Fundraiser Manager to lead our team of Membership Fundraisers in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for inspiring the public to support our organization through gaining new members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Membership Fundraisers through in-person support visits, 1:1s, phone chats, team and individual communications, and virtual and in-person meetings.
- Ensure Fundraisers uphold the standards, code of conduct, values, and brand through their communication and display.
- Provide valuable feedback to Fundraisers and follow up on individual action plans for all team members.
- Build effective, collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and be responsible for recruiting and delivering best practice training to new Membership Fundraisers.
- Recruit, select, and induct new team members and build their capabilities through initiating buddy shifts and delivering support visits.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organization skills, effective communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to consistently achieve KPIs. You will demonstrate a good understanding of Fundraising Standards, have an understanding of leadership styles, and be confident in leading and managing a team to ensure targets are met.
