Domiciliary Service Supervisor

We are a reputable Home Care Service operating in Christchurch and surrounding areas since six years, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care to our clients. Our service has been rated GOOD across all five KLOEs by the CQC.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical expertise: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Leadership experience: previous role in home care/domiciliary service, including leading a team.
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or Care Manager is desired, but we will consider experienced Senior Care Assistants/Field Care Supervisors looking to develop their career.
- Strong organizational skills to manage care schedules effectively.
- A proactive, compassionate approach to delivering outstanding care.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Competitive salary range: £32,760 - £34,000 (dependent on experience).
- Flexible field-based hours tailored to your availability.
- Additonal pay for on-call weeks.
