We are a reputable Home Care Service operating in Christchurch and surrounding areas since six years, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care to our clients. Our service has been rated GOOD across all five KLOEs by the CQC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical expertise: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience: previous role in home care/domiciliary service, including leading a team.
  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or Care Manager is desired, but we will consider experienced Senior Care Assistants/Field Care Supervisors looking to develop their career.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage care schedules effectively.
  • A proactive, compassionate approach to delivering outstanding care.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
