Home Care Coordinator Lead

This full-time role offers a unique blend of office-based days and flexible fieldwork, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
- Clinical expertise: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Leadership experience: previous role in home care/domiciliary service, including leading a team.
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or Care Manager is desired, but we will consider experienced Senior Care Assistants/Field Care Supervisors looking to develop their career.
- Strong organizational skills to manage care schedules effectively.
- A proactive, compassionate approach to delivering outstanding care.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Valid Driving Licence.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £32,760 - £34,000 (dependent on experience), plus additional pay for on-call weeks and flexible field-based hours tailored to your availability.
