Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Buyers to maximize customer success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Engaging Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  • Creating Tools and Strategies: Develop effective tools and strategies to help clients recognize the value they receive from our services.
  • Managing Supplier Escalations: Ensure supplier escalations are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Creating and Managing Budgets: Create and manage budgets for client Buyer accounts.
  • Maintaining Action Plans: Develop and maintain action plans for Buyers and deliver reports to senior managers.
  • Delivering Performance Reports: Provide regular performance reports to sector managers to ensure high standards are upheld.
  • Facilitating Training: Organize training sessions to ensure Buyers have excellent knowledge of systems and processes.

Travel to clients will be required 1-2 times per month, so a driving license is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing information within a service environment and have demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
