This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance And Human Resources at HSSL Technologies in the London Area, United Kingdom.

Job Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Supervise and direct the Finance (Accounting) Managers activities, ensure financial integrity and accountability by maintaining internal controls and oversee accounting transactions and ensure financial decisions adhere to defined financial guidelines.
  • Human Resources (HR) Management: Serve as the point of contact (POC) and liaison between HR outsource partner, and HSSL Technologies, develop and implement HR strategies, policies and practices that align with the organization's mission, values, and goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience; ideally five (7)+ years of broad financial and human resource management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
