The Role - Learning Development Specialist
Supporting Students with SEN
As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be working with secondary-aged students from multiple local authorities across South London who have EHCPs. The students join the school with varying types of SEN, including ASD, GDD, PTSD, ADHD, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting students with EHCPs in a specialist school environment
- Developing and implementing individualised learning plans
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
