Ecommerce Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at eComplete. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing online trading strategies to drive performance across selling channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute online trading strategies to accelerate performance across website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to understand products in terms of potential ranging, pricing strategy, product upload, and subsequent trading.
  • Manage all on-site activity in relation to conversion, sales & gross profit optimisation.
  • Research market trends and technologies to improve website performance.
  • Analyse data to deliver data-driven strategies to drive performance.
  • Develop trading calendars and oversee implementation and analysis to further improve future trade and eCom plans.
  • Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' operating at similar level within online retail.
  • TT shop & Amazon preferable but not essential.
  • Strategy and planning, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and outside-the-box approaches to previous client needs.
