About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for designing and developing online trading strategies to drive performance across various selling channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Online Trading Strategies: Identify and execute online trading strategies to accelerate performance across selling channels, including website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the wider team to understand products, including potential ranging, pricing strategy, product upload, and subsequent trading.
  3. Optimize On-Site Activity: Manage all on-site activity related to conversion, sales, and gross profit optimization.
  4. Research and Analyze Market Trends: Research market trends and technologies to improve website performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Deliver Data-Driven Strategies: Analyze various data to deliver data-driven strategies to drive performance and improve future trade and eCom plans.
  6. Develop and Implement Trading Calendars: Develop trading calendars and oversee implementation and analysis to further improve future trade and eCom plans.
  7. Regular Performance Reporting: Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance and improve future trade and eCom plans.
  8. Collaborate with Performance and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to optimize the quality and experience of the traffic being delivered to selling channels.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 Years' Experience: Minimum 3 years' operating at a similar level within online retail.
  2. TT Shop and Amazon Experience: TT shop and Amazon experience preferable but not essential.
  3. Strategy and Planning Skills: Strategy and planning skills, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and outside-the-box approaches to previous client needs.
