Role Description: This role involves providing crisis response and intervention services to individuals, families, and communities, assessing and responding to mental health crises, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities: To provide crisis response and intervention services, conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements: A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification, post-qualification experience as a qualified social worker, preferably in a crisis or emergency setting, and Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) status.
