Job Description: Crisis Management Coordinator

Location: Belfast City Airport

Estimated Salary: £13.38 per hour, rising to £14.03 after full training completion.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Crisis Management Coordinator to join our team at George Best Belfast City Airport. As a key member of our crisis management team, you will be responsible for responding promptly to incidents, following established procedures, and providing escort services as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To respond promptly to incidents, following established procedures.
  2. To provide escort services as required.
  3. To patrol assigned areas.
  4. To adhere to relevant Civil Aviation Authority regulations and understand local airport procedures.
  5. To complete required Security Training, in compliance with CAA standards.
  6. To achieve competence through performance assessments.
  7. To contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by engaging in business success and personal development.

Requirements:

  1. You should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  2. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. You should have basic computer skills to operate certain equipment.
  4. You should aim to achieve and maintain Level 1 DFT standard.
  5. You should be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, including external agencies.
