With an exciting project pipeline, we are seeking a skilled Freelance Fast Track Fit-Out and Refurbishment Project Lead to oversee an upcoming temporary assignment.

The Role:

As a Freelance Fast Track Fit-Out and Refurbishment Project Lead, you will lead the on-site management of projects from inception to completion. This temporary role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a diverse project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site activities
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any issues or delays.
  • Deliver projects within set timeframes and budgets, maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide regular updates.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including site reports, schedules, and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects, ideally within commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and 1st Aid as a minimum
