Senior Project Manager - Retail Fit Out

Glencourt Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our retail fit out projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple retail fit out projects, including supermarkets, leisure, and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with commercial teams to prepare valuations and final accounts.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including Purchasing, Health & Safety, and CAD, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in fitting out retail, leisure, and food sector projects, with a minimum contract value of £100,000.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Comprehensive understanding of H&S requirements and ability to direct site-based trades.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
