About The Role
The Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the level of care provided exceeds professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This includes providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver a high-quality service that prioritises resident needs.
