Job Title: Senior Claims Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Process Improvement Specialist to join our Claim Europe, Value Added Services team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting our Claims processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the customer and broker experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document Claims processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer and broker experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues across our Claim teams and the wider Travelers business to drive process improvements
  • Lead project teams to implement process improvements and drive change
  • Facilitate continuous improvement meetings and engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to share expertise and drive process improvements
Requirements:
  • General knowledge of the insurance industry and its core business functions
  • University degree
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certified or above, or other recognized Lean qualification
  • Proven experience of leading multiple process improvement reviews
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and work collaboratively with other business functions
