We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, Revenue Growth to help drive business transformation and revenue growth in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to identify new market segments and stay ahead in the competitive market.
- Build strong client relationships at senior levels in large businesses to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
- Structure and manage alliance partnerships both internally and externally to the Publicis Groupe.
- Continually review, analyse, and adjust team processes and procedures related to attainment, retention of, and growth of logos to ensure success.
- Utilize sales tools to drive lead generation, sales pipeline, leading and lagging indicators, and metrics for success to drive new and existing business revenue.
- Orchestrate and support the "Must win" processes.
- Committed to onboarding and retention of high-quality associates, and their continued CPD.
- Lead, manage, and inspire across multiple commercial teams, with different skill sets and disciplines.
