About the Role

Epsilon UK is a leading player in the Advertising technology and services sector, with a strong presence in the rapidly growing commerce media sector. We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, Revenue to help drive business growth and transformation in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify new market segments and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients in large businesses to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Structure and manage alliance partnerships to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage commercial teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize sales tools and data to drive lead generation, sales pipeline, and metrics for success.
  • Orchestrate and support business-critical processes.
  • Committed to onboarding and retention of high-quality associates and their continued professional development.

About You

We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in commercial leadership roles, with experience in scaling businesses profitably and driving business transformation. You will have a strong network and a passion for diversity and inclusivity, with a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven success in scaling businesses profitably and driving business transformation.
  • Strong network and C-Suite connections across direct brands and intermediaries.
  • Masters or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
