Job Title: Automotive Workshop Controller Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Workshop Controller Professional to join our team at Motus Group in Ipswich.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on technician performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with service administration to ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Provide technical support to the team as required, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent position.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety protocols and procedures.
