We are seeking a passionate Car Sales Executive to enhance our team. This role is ideal for someone with positive energy, resilience, and an unwavering drive to succeed. Our Sales Executives are the face of our dealership, committed to delivering industry-leading customer service and driving sales of vehicles and associated products through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, setting the benchmark for the industry.
  • Drive vehicle sales, along with service plans and insurance, maximising profit and earnings.
  • Engage with customers through follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and test drives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging every opportunity to maximise earnings.
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date diary system.
  • Actively contribute to a high-performing sales team, aiming to surpass both personal and team goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a polished professional presence, with a hunger for success and excellent rapport-building skills. Proven experience in the automotive sales industry is preferred but not mandatory. A Full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also required. Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment is desirable.
