This role will involve undertaking maintenance, service, and report activities for our customers. The successful candidate will work in line with manufacturers' and regulatory requirements to meet customer expectations of turnaround time, delivery date, and quality standards.

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented technician to join our team at our Ipswich site. You will be responsible for undertaking maintenance, service, and report activities for all our service customers.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a recognised qualification in NVQ level 3. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  1. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  2. Be qualified to NVQ level 3
  3. The ability to interpret and communicate technical information adequately
  4. Taking an innovative approach to achieving personal and shared goals
