Job Title: Automotive Technology Specialist

Location: Ipswich, UK

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Maintenance Expert to join our team at Actio Recruitment. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, including MOT testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. You should also hold a valid MOT Licence and have experience working with EV / Hybrid vehicles. A full UK driving license is also required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of vehicles and develop your skills in a fast-paced workshop environment. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior technicians, providing guidance and training to help them reach their full potential.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities are also available.

The estimated salary for this role is £48,125 per year, based on national averages.
