Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store/Retail/Business Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, creating and executing business plans, and developing strategic targeting and customer relationship management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Develop and implement in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
