We are looking for an Education Innovation Facilitator to join our team at Progress Schools. As an Education Innovation Facilitator, you will play a key role in redefining education by fostering a love for learning in our students and helping them think beyond the traditional.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • QTS/QTLS qualification
  • Experience working in a school environment, particularly in secondary school and willing to teach GCSE
  • Understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
