">Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team at Progress Schools – New Ferry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with approximately 25 pupils, providing a nurturing environment for children who require additional support.
As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging learners, supporting their ambitions, and bringing fresh ideas to the classroom. You will hold QTS/QTLS qualifications and have experience in a school environment, particularly in secondary school, with a willingness to teach GCSE.
You will understand alternative provision and working with students with special needs. Your commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values is essential. Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment is also crucial.
