We are seeking a Student Success Coach to join our team at Progress Schools. As a Student Success Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our students' academic and personal growth.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing a nurturing, encouraging, and supportive environment for our students
  • Working closely with our core team, including the Head of Provision, teachers, and support staff, as well as regional and national staff
  • Supporting our students' academic and personal growth
Requirements
  • QTS/QTLS qualification
  • Experience working in a school environment, particularly in secondary school and willing to teach GCSE
  • Understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
