Senior Midwifery Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Midwife to join our team at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Antenatal Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
As a Senior Midwife, you will have significant experience of working in a busy Antenatal Clinic setting, providing comprehensive antenatal care, managing complex cases, and supervising junior staff. You will be responsible for coordinating the clinical activities within the clinic, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and that the clinic operates efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Empowering and educating expectant mothers on pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum care
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, taking into account each patient's medical, emotional, and social needs
- Collaborating with obstetricians, paediatricians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care plans
