Senior Marketing Executive

Supply Desk, a leading education recruitment specialist, is seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our successful Group Marketing department. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside talented marketing teams, driving innovative campaigns that contribute to the strategic growth of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead website management and development, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal SEO strategies.
  • Craft engaging social media campaigns to attract top talent and clients, monitoring the success of both paid and organic strategies.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies, while tracking ROI and optimising performance.
  • Contribute to the growth of our external CPD programme, creating engaging video content and e-learning materials.
  • Design and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and video case studies, in collaboration with external suppliers and designers.
  • Work with the team to suggest, develop, and implement new marketing ideas for continued growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • You'll bring a wealth of marketing experience from a multi-disciplinary background, ideally within education, recruitment, or a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll have hands-on experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO/PPC campaigns.
  • You'll be confident working autonomously and be willing to travel occasionally.
