About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Broughton Group. As a global contract research organisation, we partner with forward-thinking companies in the pharmaceutical and reduced-risk nicotine sectors.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on managing and optimising our website and Hubspot platform. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
    • Manage and take ownership of HubSpot, including lead generation strategies, analytics, and reporting
    • Optimise paid digital media and PPC strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all digital marketing activities
  • Manage and Optimize HubSpot
    • Develop and manage lead generation strategies
    • Comprehensive management of analytics and reporting
    • Optimise paid digital media and PPC strategies

  • Requirements
    • 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, marketing automation, campaign management, paid media, and website management
    • 3 years' experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)
    • 3 years' experience in paid digital media, LinkedIn, SEO, and SEM
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other digital marketing tools
    • In-depth experience of marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, landing pages, forms, analytics, and reporting tools
