We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital User Acceptance Testing Specialist to join our Digital function at Skipton Building Society.
Key Responsibilities- Write and execute test scripts to ensure seamless customer journeys and experiences on our digital platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with Digital UX Designers, UI Design function, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Test our digital customer platforms and applications across multiple browsers and devices, capturing test evidence and raising bugs as necessary.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, such as user story refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team by contributing to standards and process enhancements.
- Customer-focused individual with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver amazing customer experiences online.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to build knowledge to liaise with system testing and development teams on technical topics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within and across different teams.
- Experience in digital user acceptance testing, with a customer lens, and skilled in using test and defect management tools, cross-browser testing platforms, and device testing.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile Principles, in relation to UAT testing and quality assurance.
