User Researcher

We are seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our Digital team at Skipton Building Society. As a User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver cutting-edge digital products to our customers, evolving our online presence, and ensuring users can meet their goals quickly and efficiently.

• Assist the Senior User Researcher in maturing Skipton's approach to user research, ensuring we provide the tools, techniques, and colleague support to drive efficient and impactful user research.
• Advocate the benefits of User Research to Agile team members and stakeholders, ensuring research findings are integrated into the product design process.
• Continuously evolve the maturity of the team processes by staying up to date with the latest User Research best practices.
• Plan, design, and conduct a range of user research activities to better understand the needs, behaviors, mindsets, and expectations of our members.
• Share and communicate research findings in a creative and engaging format, influencing and challenging design decisions.
• Work collaboratively with Agile teams of UX designers, business analysts, developers, and testers to integrate and prioritize research findings into the product.
