Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy for the UK region. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our global brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Local Territory Management: Manage and maintain our local territory social media presence, collaborating with the global social media lead and customer service team to engage with and support the UK COROS community.
  • Paid Advertising: Work closely with our local paid ads agency to develop and execute a data-driven UK strategy, focusing on improving website sales ROI and increasing brand awareness.
  • Content Creator Partnerships: Identify and grow new partnerships with local YouTube content creators, analyzing data to optimize COROS' local content creator partnerships across both YouTube and Meta.
  • Ambassador Programs: Grow and manage ambassador programs within the territory, ensuring they create educational content that meets the brand's expectations.
  • Event Attendance: Travel as needed to local events, including races, expos, and industry events, to represent COROS and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience working with content creators.
  • At least three years of experience working with direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Proficient in English (Other languages are a bonus).
  • Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong passion for an active lifestyle, including running, cycling, hiking, or other outdoor activities.
