Special Needs Educator

Job Summary: We are seeking a Special Needs Educator to join our team in a Special Needs School. As a Special Needs Educator, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing Sensory Awareness and Refining Motor Skills: You will work closely with teachers and staff to provide individualised care and support for students, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Providing Individualised Care: You will assist in teaching vocabulary and fostering speech and language development, helping students communicate more effectively.
- Facilitating Creative and Engaging Lessons: You will facilitate creative and engaging lessons, such as art, cooking, music, and dance, to promote students' overall development.
- Supporting Social and Cognitive Growth: Through one-to-one support and group activities, you will support students' social and cognitive growth, promoting their independence and confidence.
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications)
