Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Sandwell. As a Dual Diagnosis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical care and guidance to clients with complex mental health and substance misuse issues.

Key Duties:

  • Assess and formulate individual intervention plans for adults with complex mental health problems
  • Provide clinical care and guidance for clients with drug and alcohol dependency
  • Support outreach to substance misuse services
  • Develop and manage clinical risks and robust clinical management plans for Service Users
