Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sub assembly department, overseeing the build and maintenance of race car sub-assemblies.
- Supervise a team of technicians to complete work to specified deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and quality expectations are met.
- Work closely with the planning team to identify areas for continuous improvement in the assembly process.
- Ensure all problems are reported through to engineering or management as necessary.
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within motorsport, with a strong understanding of gearbox and motorsport sub-assemblies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
