Join Our Elite Team of Technicians

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to lead our sub assembly department, overseeing the build and maintenance of race car sub-assemblies in our factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians to complete work to specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall management responsibility of the Sub Assembly Department in the factory.
  • Maintain and oversee all sub assemblies including gearbox, differential, suspension.
  • Ensure that the assemblies & vehicles worked on are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken to prevent any form of damage being caused to them.
  • Ensure all problems are reported through to engineering or the management team as necessary.
  • Work closely with planning team to ensure continuous improvements on assembly process.
  • Manage the team's workload to ensure deadlines are met both on time and to quality expectations.
  • Be prepared to work overtime if requested or as the project requires.
