Care Professional Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Education Developer to join our team at HCRG Care Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality training programs for our staff.
As a Clinical Education Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of learning interventions that meet the needs of our workforce. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design engaging training sessions and competency assessments that promote excellence in clinical practice.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and develop training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.
- Develop and implement a modern, blended learning approach using digital tools and virtual assessments.
- Registerable qualification with current NMC/HCPC/GDC/Social Work/GMC registration.
- Recognised level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification.
- Significant clinical practice experience in a relevant field (AHP, Nursing, Social Work).
The salary for this position is £86 per hour, which includes access to self-booking and all bank shifts. Our benefits package also includes Wagestream, Strive for Better networks, free well-being services, and rewarding and supportive teams.
